SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:AGM will be held at the Blue Ocean on Oct 3 2021\nDue to Covid 19 we are locked in at 50 people to attend the AGM.  Please notify Dianne Allen at 604-989-6518 or Ken Begg at 604-989-8411.  We will keep a list of attendees which will be capped at 50 people.  It is imperative that this meeting is held with the elections  as per our Society’s Act.  There will be a charge of $6.50 per person which will be collected at the door as per every AGM.  This is 50% of the charge per person for the meeting.\n-Doors will open at 11:30\n-Elections and Meeting 11:45-12:45\n-Coffee Tea and cakes served at 11:45\n\nSteve Holland has reported that his nominating committee have been successful finding Directors to the Club.  He is still looking to have members step up for some Executive positions.  Steve Holland moved the Club have 8 Directors plus each Executive member to a total of 12 Directors for the Club.  Seconded by Glen Tietjen  Passed.\nJac Cawsey will run the elections.
